I just wanted to send you a short note to thank you for the beautiful renovations MPB has completed for me.

The two bathrooms and decks are much nicer than I had envisioned. I feel like you've turned my house into a show home.

I don't want to start naming all the guys who helped create the work, in case I forgot someone, but they were all very professional and friendly to both me and Grant.

I hope to see you again some time and have recommended MPB to all my friends and neighbors.

Liz and I want to take this opportunity to share with you, and all the other friends we now have at MPB Construction, our thanks for a job well done.

The renovation undertaking was for us, a significant financial commitment, and a major construction challenge.

We chose MPB Construction based on a strong recommendation from a local and well respected construction specialist, plus our own diligent check of a number of local past clients of MPB Construction, who had contracted for similar types of home renovations.

The work was carried out by professional and friendly crews, the quality of materials and finishes were first class, and although the occasional unforeseen problem did arise, satisfactory solutions were made, and importantly, with no significant financial implications.

The result exceeded our high expectations.

It is difficult to pinpoint individuals, however both of us would like to pass our thanks to Arnie, James, Jeffrey, Jake and Garret. All these individuals represented MPB in a first class manner. Of course many others were involved, and they also have our sincere thanks.

We would be delighted to be added to the list of happy clients, and also to wish MPB Construction continued success in the years ahead.

Dear Paul,

We are writing to thank you and all the staff at MPB Home Centre for the wonderful new kitchen you have built for us. Now that we have been using it for two weeks we not only marvel at its quality and beauty, but more importantly, at the functionality of the design. Compared to our old kitchen everything is in the right place, there is more usable space and storage (in the same area!), and innovations such as “braking” drawers, hideaway steps and towel rack mean that is a real pleasure to cook, work or simply hang around.

All this could not have been achieved without the significant care and attention to detail for which MPB is noted. During the three months that it took to complete the project, we have got to know all your staff well and to watch them at work. To say that we were impressed is an understatement, for never before have we seen such care and attention to detail. Without exception, everyone working on the project took pride in their task and it was apparent that second best or adequate was just not good enough. You all strived for perfection and the result is a wonderful “Designer Kitchen” that does you proud!

Another feature of the project which has contributed to its success has been the close liaison you have maintained with us. By involving us at all stages of the work we have had an opportunity to feel the excitement as the kitchen has taken shape.

I would be grateful if you would pass on our sincere thanks to all the staff involved in the project for a JOB WELL DONE!

Thanks for the note. I have been meaning to call, but the New Year has been somewhat hectic. I believe most, if not all, of the issues Mom had have been resolved and I believe she is very pleased with the work completed. You and your staff have done a great job, coming in on time, on budget and adding a few extras here and there. Everyone in your organization did everything they could to make my Mom feel comfortable and confident in the job being done, and you should be congratulated.
